he objective of the Perfect Pour Program is to help our customers achieve better sales through improved quality.  How do we do this?  We will visit your workplace and complete the Perfect Pour Checklist which covers things like:

espresso_extraction
Freshness of product
Machine cleanliness & condition
Grinder cleanliness & condition
Espresso evaluation
Milk texture & temperature 
Technical Skills
Machine pressure gauges
Points for discussion


At this time we will ask you if you are happy with the coffee and our service.  We will also ask if there is anything we could do better.  This is a good opportunity for you to provide us with some feedback.  We are very keen to know if we can improve on our level of service.  

If required we will provide training for new staff during this visit.

Espresso Packages to suit every business


Whether you are a high or low volume site P&N has a package to suit you:-


Gold Customer Package - You are a high volume site who values regular espresso support 

This package is perfect for the existing business with a proven sales record that requires ongoing espresso support from a local supplier. There are no upfront costs.


  • Belaroma gourmet beans & product delivered weekly (minimum 20 kilos)
  • Loan espresso equipment supplied and fully serviced at no cost
  • Ongoing Barista training for all staff onsite at no cost
  • Additional training available in Sydney at Belaroma Academy
  • Coffee Consultant available including Perfect Pour Program
  • Point of sale provided on loan including barriers umbrellas crockery
  • 24 hour emergency equipment service
  • Preventative maintenance program



Silver Customer Package - You are a medium volume site who values regular espresso support

This package should appeal to businesses that are keen to develop their espresso sales and skills. There are no upfront costs and equipment ownership is an option at the end of the term.

  • Belaroma gourmet beans & product delivered (minimum 5kg per week)
  • New espresso equipment supplied on a 3 year rental agreement
  • Ongoing Barista training for all staff onsite at no cost
  • Additional training available in Sydney at Belaroma Academy
  • Coffee Consultant available to help build your business
  • Point of sale available including barriers umbrellas crockery
  • 24 hour emergency equipment service
  • Preventative maintenance program
  • Option to buy equipment at end of term

Note: All applicants need to be assessed for suitability
